The Details
Dry brushing is one of the oldest body rituals there is, prized for sweeping away dull surface skin, stimulating circulation, and supporting lymphatic flow. Tronque has elevated it. Rather than coarse natural or synthetic fibers, this brush is crafted with ultra-fine, ion-charged copper bristles that generate negative ions through gentle friction as you brush — an "energy brush" that invigorates the skin while leaving you feeling grounded and awake.
Used in long, upward strokes on dry skin, it gently exfoliates and clears away dry, dull build-up to reveal brighter, more polished skin. With consistent use, skin looks smoother, firmer, and more toned, while the practice itself supports healthy-looking circulation and helps reduce the appearance of puffiness. Because copper doesn't absorb oils or moisture the way traditional bristles do, the brush stays cleaner and performs beautifully day after day.
Set on a handle of sustainably harvested beechwood with a leather strap, it's as considered in its craftsmanship as it is in its results — a modern approach to an ancient practice, engineered for performance and made for ritual.
Founded by Tanné Snowden after her own experience with endometriosis, every Tronque creation is built to work in harmony with the body, not against it. Tronque is a New Zealand-born, Bio-Cleanical® brand devoted to treating the body with the same intention you give your face.

Leather Strap - A simple, elegant strap for hanging and handling.
How To Use
Use daily on completely dry skin, ideally first thing in the morning or before showering, when dry brushing is most energizing. Beginning at your feet, brush in long, upward strokes toward the heart, moving up the legs, then from the hands up the arms toward the shoulders — always brushing toward the heart to support lymphatic flow. Use light to medium pressure; never scrub or press too hard.
Follow with a nourishing treatment. Tronque Vitamin C Body Oil, Firming Butter, or Triple Active Body Milk to replenish and lock in moisture.
To clean: Tap out dead skin after each use, or gently comb the bristles to remove debris. Store in a dry, well-ventilated spot, and keep the brush dry. The ion-charged copper bristles should not get wet.
From The Experts
FAQ
What makes this different from a regular dry brush?
Most dry brushes use coarse natural or synthetic fibers. This one is crafted with ultra-fine, ion-charged copper bristles that generate negative ions through friction as you brush — invigorating the skin and adding a grounding, energizing quality to the ritual. Copper is also naturally hygienic and won't absorb oils, so the brush stays cleaner over time.
What does dry brushing actually do?
It gently exfoliates away dry, dull surface skin and stimulates the body. With consistent use, skin looks smoother, brighter, and more toned, circulation appears healthier, and puffiness is reduced. As a bonus, brushing beforehand helps your body treatments absorb more effectively.
How often should I use it?
It's gentle enough for daily use, ideally each morning before you shower. If you're new to dry brushing, start two to three times a week with light pressure and build up as your skin adjusts. Three to five times weekly is ideal for most.
Will it help with "strawberry legs," KP, or ingrown hairs?
Regular dry brushing can visibly refine rough texture and help smooth the look of bumpy, congested areas by sweeping away surface build-up. For best results on those concerns, pair it with the Tronque Exfoliating Refining Serum.
Can I get it wet?
No. Always use it on dry skin and keep it dry — moisture can compromise the ion-charged copper bristles. This is a pre-shower, dry-skin ritual only.
How do I keep it clean?
Simply tap out dead skin after each use, or comb through the bristles to remove debris. Store it in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, with a gentle approach. Use light pressure, start slowly, and avoid any broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. If you're prone to sensitivity, begin a couple of times a week and see how your skin responds.
How does it fit with my other Tronque products?
It's the perfect first step. Dry brush to exfoliate and prep, shower, then apply Vitamin C Body Oil, Firming Butter, or Triple Active Body Milk to freshly polished skin. Optionally finishing with the Body Contour Massager to sculpt and drain.
