In 2019, after identifying key treatment gaps in existing skincare lines, Rhea founded her own: La Suite Skincare. The line sold out within one week of its launch, and has been in high demand ever since. Why? It’s simple: It works. These uber-effective, clinically proven formulas yield visible results. La Suite products are many a celebrity’s behind-the-scenes bon ami—and they will be yours too. Rhea’s clientele includes top models, actresses, beauty editors, and social media influencers. She has been featured in leading publications like Town & Country, New York magazine, the Wall Street Journal, and spotlighted on websites like The Cut, Well and Good, and Today.com. She is on the Beauty and Wellness Review Board of Byrdie.com, which reaches more than nine million readers a month. Rhea lives in Greenwich with her husband and Aussie Shepherd. She enjoys weekend visits to her kids in Boston and Florida, a killer weightlifting session, and homebrewed French press coffee.

LA PHILOSOPHIE

Skincare expert Rhea Souhleris Grous provides the world’s best treatments, modalities, and products to her clients—all en Suite. Born in Melbourne, Australia, to Greek parents, Rhea moved to California at the age of eighteen. When skincare became her passion, she returned to Europe to train in Paris. After two decades as the must-see aesthetician at Manhattan’s top skincare clinics, she founded her own: La Suite in Greenwich, Connecticut, in 2006. In 2018 La Suite’s second location opened in the Union Square outpost of UnionDerm, New York City’s premier cosmetic dermatology center. Rhea and her aestheticians work in tandem with UnionDerm’s doctors to maximize lasting skin intervention results.
