• Be sure your device is charged
• Clean your skin
• Secure the device to your head using the adjustable velcro straps
• Start the 10-minute treatment (restart after 10 minutes if doing 20)
• Remove the mask and apply moisturizer
• Wipe down the mask

3. After the Serum, apply Forlle'd P-effect Reliance Gel.
4. Next, put on the Omnilux Contour Mask to help all of the active ingredients to penetrate the skin.
